Brisket, black pepper sausage, & ribs! Their brisket is fantastic! Moist, juicy & tender. I would be shocked if they haven't won awards with it. The sausage was good. The ribs were just ok to me though. Nice smoke flavor and seasoned well. Not as tender as I would've like though. The portions were a lil small across the board too. would still come back & order that brisket by the pound! All this means nothing because they’re now closed down. 😢
