A blend of predominantly Criollo beans (with some Forastero) from the fabled Chuao region in Venezuela - 70% cacao. Rated as the very best chocolate in the world, the famous 'Chuao' has layers of red berry fruits and molasses with a seam of fresh acidity. I was too busy scoffing it down to notice.
