Wow — it sounded weird but it was so good, we ordered a second round! The "raw tortilla" is essentially fruit leather made from bananas, apples, flaxseed and chillies, lined with lettuce. The filling is unspecified mixed vegetables plus fresh mango, marinaded in "Teriyaki sauce." It sounded like chopped salad with dried fruit, but it tasted surprisingly... like real food, and it was delicious and unexpectedly filling. I might have to reconsider my bias against #raw #vegan 😱 €6 for two or €12 for four.
