Got my sis to stay and her fave place is Wagamama, I knew they had a great new vegan menu but I was surprised to see a collab with avantgardevegan! Ofc I got it, it’s a rice bowl topped with carrot, spring onion, edamame, mushroom; bbq seitan and a vegan egg 🥚 it was super tasty and such a cool thing to be in a mainstream restaurant chain. My only notes would be that the balance was a little off, maybe more toppings less rice, dressing the carrots or more of a sauce, but it’s a great dish.
