Meant to enjoy a bowl of mee siam today at my favorite Malay place, but it was unexpectedly closed for the year. Who knew that would lead to the discovery of this gem of a restaurant? It’s operated by a Singaporean man and his Korean wife and daughter who man the kitchen, and the food is down to earth and tasty. I’ve not enjoyed Korean food so much since AKL.
