A local family-run Bavarian brewery was on the verge of bankruptcy and decided to give it a go to try 'brewing' soft drinks using the same principles as with beer making. All organic. It started out in Hamburg clubs with a lot of success, and even a lot of knockoffs sprouting up, but the original is the best. This one is Litchi which is kind of a sweet ginger ale flavor. Goes great with food when you can't or don't want a beer.
