So good!! It all went surprisingly well together. The smoked salmon was so tender & just sweet enough. My only complaint was that the bagel croutons were minuscule & mixed in, so they weren’t crunchy. Ingredients: fresh egg white noodles, organic baby spinach, red onion, 3 herb dill pesto, smoked salmon, fried capers, watermelon radish, tobiko, everything bagel croutons & spice with fresh dill. Phew! Chewy, crunchy, salty, sweet!
