The toasts are rubbed with fresh tomato (Spanish style) then fresh grilled kippers are filleted and placed on the toasts (Swedish open Sandwich style), a small tomato and onion salad is added alongside (my dad's style), sliced Avocado adds a bit of American style then all is drizzled with Lemon and red Chilli creme fraiche (my style)

On sourdough toast with a Burford brown egg and cress on top. Yum yum
