Cured beef, bufala mozzarella, Roma tomato, and fresh basil. The panini is made on a fresh baked Italian baguette. I got this as part of The Combo which is half of a panini with soup of the day or a salad. Half a panini was perfect. The bread is amazing. The meat was very lean. I would love to try this with a different meat.
