Japanese turmeric pearl rice, roasted pumpkin, roasted seasonal veggies, tortilla chips, tofu, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized cashew brittles, lime wedge, Thai coconut curry sauce.
This one I would happily eat over and over again. The sauce is served on the side, and you don’t really need too much of it as there’s enough flavours in the bowl already. Those caramelized cashews were *chef’s kiss* and if I had a jar of that it would be gone in 10 hot seconds.
