I’m usually not a fan of mac n cheese as I find most too goopy for my liking. Thankfully this one wasn’t like that at all. It was cheesy enough, but not too much that it gets sickly to eat after a few bites. Adding pesto and tomatoes gives it a nice twist from the usual mac n cheese. I like!
