Sensational, but jealous of it's Ribeye next door neighbor!

Marinated Prime skirt steak, guacamole, cebollita and grilled corn. They sell elote as a side dish. If I had gotten that separately, I would rate it at the top of whatever list it's in. This steak was perfect. Dark grill marks across the steak that taste like all your best memories of back yard grilling with your family. It comes with elote (grilled corn for us gringos), but it is off the cob.
