Grilled salmon with sweet and spicy mustard glaze, served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. As delicious as this was, I was a little bit disappointed with the portion size. It felt very small for the price, I would have liked some more veg at least. The salmon itself was grilled perfectly and the sweet and spicy mustard glaze had a lovely kick.
