Known as the “famous” James Bond CKT. Fairly decent with a touch of wok hei. What sets this particular CKT apart from most is the large prawns that come with it. Take note that this guy can be rather grumpy at times and sometimes his helper fries the noodles instead of him.

At this place, a man who calls himself... ‘James Bond’ can be found stir-frying the Penang-style Fried Broad Rice Noodles. And for one who must think he’s a spy, he does a good job of frying up a plate of these noodles (and no easy feat, I might add)! A bit better than pretty good! ‘The Spy Who Fried Mee’... Oops! Ouch!
