PRETTY GOOD
whillsjournal's Mexican Platter list
With an incredibly rich and robust flavor in the red sauce, it really carries the shortcomings elsewhere. The chicken was very juicy and tender, but was plain and unseasoned (Mexican spices where are you??). Cheese broiled atop the enchiladas would have been very welcome for a touch of salt to blend with the richness of the red sauce. The rice was fine, a bit different than standard restaurant rices. Beans were good and par for the course.
