A little bit dry and not super cinnamon which was a shame. However it was bright yellow inside and I think it tasted of saffron as well unless my palette is awful! It had a nice flavour anyway and I do enjoy saffron. Nice with a coffee to take care of the dryness. Also it's huge, but we shared it and it was good 🙃
