Very good seasoning and flavor that survived being cooked beyond medium rare like requested. Cheddar was subbed (American cheese is not fit for human consumption) for my order. The comeback sauce and house ketchup provided needed moisture and a kick of flavor to counteract the dryer burger and the bun to save this.
