A boat Restaurant docked close to the London Eye on the Thames. this Cucumber Martini, enjoyed on Deck was wonderful. Hendricks Gin, St. Germain Elderflower, Cucumber, Apple Juice, Lemon & Gomme. Prepared by a Tom Cruise Wannabe, flipping bottles. Gotta love him (for his mad mixing skills).
