Duck confit. Slowly poached in duck fat and served over greens with cider molasses vinaigrette and grilled bread. Stunning dish. LOVED. This place has been on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, although this small neighborhood restaurant & bar is none of those things. Can't wait to return to try more dishes!
