Firstly and the best thing about the whole dish was the fact that there was plenty of duck, the meat itself was perfectly cooked with good flavour aswell. Besides the duck their were crispy onion bits which paired very well with the tender duck. The veg was nice and fresh with a juicy orange slice for show I guess. All topped with a nice, sweet hoisin sauce. #Foodreview #Duck
