Turkish food with a little twist! ⁣ ⁣ @lazcamden has a 5/5 location. Literally, 2 mins walk to Camden tube station. Decorated very nicely with very valuable Yesilcam Turkish film actors and actresses and writers such as Nazim Hikmet. 📺⁣ ⁣ I found some of the dishes very authentic Turkish and some of them had a little twist to suit the European and Asian palettes. ⁣ ⁣ You can find Efes Draft beer here if you are a beer enthusiast 😁🍺 It is the beer I grew up with so it brings back the memories! ⁣ ⁣ We tried the Mediterranean board to share which comes with 5 different meze selection with homemade bread. Delicious crispy borek pastry filled with 4 cheese, crispy mucver which is courgette fritters and heritage tomatoes with truffle oil. ⁣ ⁣ Need to try: crispy 4 cheese pasty and heritage tomatoes with truffle oil. 🍴🍅⁣ ⁣ Honestly after all we decided to go only with 1 main since we were nearly full. And went with the Laz Special. Marinated lamb, matchstick potatoes, fresh tomatoes and peppers served on strained yoghurt. 🍖⁣ ⁣ As a dessert we had come Tres Leches cake (trilice on the menu), it is 3 milk soaked soft cake, which tastes creamy and milky with caramel sauce on top. 😍 And also tried Zerde pudding decorated with pistachio and pomegranate. ⁣ ⁣ If you are in the area, you can give this place a go, they also have a good range of vegetarian options 🤗🌱
