Purchased while on vacation in Alsace, this lovely lady on the label caught our eye - and the promise of ginger was intriguing. Turned out a very good buy! Lightly sweet, spicy ginger (but not overpowering) and just a hint of effervescence. Would be perfect on a hot summer's day in the garden... must drive back for more!
