This order includes one bakwan jagung (corn fritter) on the left and one tahu isi (stuffed tofu) on the right. The batter was still crispy though our meal was delivered.

For this order of deep fried fritters, Wajan let's you choose 2 of the 4 types of fritters they serve. We chose pisang goreng (banana) and tahu goreng isi (stuffed fried tofu). They were really hot, the server warned us. Just crispy enough... I liked the tofu one better.
