It's the two-meat version of "Uncle Ed's Hearty Silog" with tocino (sweet bacon) and lechon (crispy pork belly). Served with a mound of addictive garlic rice, 2 eggs, and a cucumber salad. So yummy! If I'm ever in the area again, I need to come back!
