Aha! There it is.... The Guinea pig hiding in a gyoza. When the waiter explained the dish he didn't say what was in the gyoza. Until I ask. He reluctantly admitted to the cuy. I was fine with it, but he said some people don't want to eat it because they have them as pets. I used to have one when I was little, but curiosity made me want to try it. In case your wondering... It tastes like duck. Delicious actually.
