There was so little chicken, and the rice was a bit overcooked and soggy, instead of being rice cooked al dente and THEN moistened with chicken oil and liquid, like great chicken rice should be (IMHO). After all, they say the star of chicken rice is actually the rice, and not the chicken! 🍚🐓😂
