Deep fried halloumi burger, glazed with sweet gochujang sauce and topped with pickled cucumbers, pickled Asian slaw and sriracha mayo. Really nice blend of flavours, very different to the other options on their menu. The halloumi was beautifully crispy on the outside and contrasted well with the soft bun. The pickled cucumbers were also really nice and added an extra layer to the flavours.
