aka "You tiao" in Chinese. omg... the flavor is still exactly just like what I remembered from all those late night trips to Hing Lung at their former Broadway Ave location decades ago. Downside...it's no longer freshly fried and warm. It's still fresh and stored inside the display case, but there's something to having it purchased as they fry up your batch. It's the best Chinese fried dough sticks in all of the San Francisco Bay Area!
