Very thick and dark, bitter bite. I could see this being wonderful for a dark chocolate enthusiast, but I’m a little baby that prefers creamier and lighter choc.

This was included in the tour I was on this morning. Apart from the informative talk about their “bean-to-bar” model, the tour also include a chocolate chip cookie, tastings and a chocolate bar of your choice (except the gin one). Highly recommended if you’re in town.
