What a clever, clever name. “Huat” which means “Prosper” is a term heard often during Chinese New Year, when mandarin oranges make their appearance as well. Not to mention that the name also sounds like a certain phrase that I use a little too often 😉. How was the pizza? So good. Move over, Hawaiian Pizza. Huat The Duck is here to stay. Also, spoiler alert but I am unapologetically rating everything here as Amazing for now.
