My first time trying an Impossible burger. This one’s from Omakase Burger. It’s supposed to be composed of an “Omakase X Impossible patty, Johnnie Walker Gold Label whisky-infused candied bacon, whisky-maple glaze, and hot pepper relish.” It tasted very much like a soy-based veggie burger and at $23, pricey for the level of satisfaction it delivered. Also, I don’t think I got any of that bacon either (even when there were very few people ordering), so it still felt like a ripoff. P.S. Is that Johnnie Walker’s doppelgänger lurking in the background? #wheresmybacon
