I did not want to share this. It was icy cold and vinegary and so refreshing. Very very slurpilicious! Make sure to add some mustard to the beef broth as well. Funny story… the lady that was serving us saw me trying to loosen up the noodles and I guess she must have thought I wasn’t doing a good job. So she came by, took my bowl and proceeded to cut and loosen up the noodles for me. Totally unexpected but very nice of her to do that. Of course, my dining companions were laughing at me after that…
