A beetroot soya burger patty, topped with tomato, lettuce, pickles, vegan Gouda-style cheese, Carolina mustard mayo and burger sauce. This is honestly one of the best vegan burgers I have ever tasted, the cheese is surprisingly good for vegan cheese and the patty tastes incredibly similar to real beef. The Carolina mustard mayo is also a great touch and I actually really liked it (considering I usually hate mustard this was surprising).
