Alissara’s version is one of the best in town, in my opinion. Again, great balance of flavours coming from the combination of roasted coconut, dried shrimp, lime, ginger, peanuts, shallots, garlic, bird’s eye chili and a sweet spicy sauce all wrapped up in a leaf. Pop the whole thing in your mouth and enjoy the bursts of sensations. Great things really do come in small packages. (Not quite sure what to categorize this under or if there is an existing category for this. Help please, anyone?)
