My new favorite fusion restaurant in Hanoi, first restaurant owned by a Vietnamese female chef with French cuisine background. They bring modern twist to traditional Vietnamese food and do not destroy anything, just lift up! Picture is mini burger with caramelized pork belly and local fermented veggies. Worth to try.
