Enjoying our last night in beautiful Hana and where to go when you have been to both other restaurants? well.. of course to the Hana Ranch. The wise man that started the Ranch not only made sure that the character of the area is preserved by purchasing quite a bit of land down there but he opened as well a Restaurant, that is serving locally produced food - and some fine Ale! This refreshing Ale was going well with Mr. Carastian's steak - but in that climate... Ale is not the first choice for a refreshing drink.
