Miso-glazed cod, menma, bok choi and spring onion on top of ramen noodles in a light vegetable broth, topped with chilli oil. I’m a big fan of the Wagamama ramen and was so upset to see that they have taken the seafood ramen off their menu; so I decided to give this one a try instead. The broth was the perfect amount of spicy, with a hint of kick but not hot enough to burn your tongue off. The cod was gorgeously marinated and was so easy to break apart and the noodles were lovely and soft!
