Malka's menu is small and the entrees have odd names, but who cares. This sandwich was soooo good! Fried chicken & praline bacon, with charred agrodolce peppers, olive-oil roasted tomato-jalapeno sauce, coffee-toasted chili aioli, caramelized onions, fresh apple, whipped feta, avocado, arugula, pickled chilis, Thai basil-cashew pesto. Served with salt & pepper kettle chips with onion dip. The chicken was fried to perfection and it was all stuffed in between light fluffy bread. The chips were meh.
