Course #1 starts us out with a bang! Pickled radishes served with kalamata olive soil and goat cheese mousse - and one horrible tasting but fun to look at ginger worm. A lovely combination of flavors and a really fun plat to put together. Mr. C was happy to try out his ISI Thermal Whip on the mousse and everyone really enjoyed the results.
