Mozzarella, tomato sauce, stem broccoli, pine nuts, manchego, fresh garlic and olive oil on an Italian-style thin pizza base. This was suuuuuper garlicky, which I loved, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re not a massive fan of garlic. The cheese melted really nicely and the broccoli was gorgeously soft.
