Overall a pretty decent gyoza, first and foremost the star of the gyoza was definitely the chilli oil that was drizzled over the gyoza themselves which almost felt and tasted Chinese (jiaozi) the outside had a firm texture which went nicely with the inside which was ground pork and garlic.
