This new shop, opened by Chef Qui Tran of Mai Lee, has been long anticipated and it did not disappoint. The classic pork Tonkotsu ramen had a great depth of flavor while still being light enough for summer. The Pork was very tender and the marinated soft boiled egg was luscious. The star of the dish though were those perfect noodles! So happy this place is close to home!
