Fluffy scallion pancake with egg, diced chicken and tons of salted egg yolk sauce. Oh and some of that green frilly stuff. It may not look like it, but there was a lot of salted egg yolk sauce in there. I’m definitely not complaining because that stuff was delicious! Sweet, savoury and slightly spicy with some curry leaves thrown in for some added aroma... I couldn’t ask for more. The scallion pancake reminded me of our roti canai, only fluffier and crispier. Major yums!
