@Sarbarella A big nod to you for a great inspiration to a wonderful dish! Although this one was NOT modeled after your recipe, we OF COURSE followed the general rule of not using "Marinara sauce" or any other crap that comes pre-made. We REALLY enjoyed this Middle eastern dish. Full of flavors, packed with all that is good (tomatoes,garlic, bell peppers, feta, eggs...) seriously - if you guys never had that... search for a recipe. And if it is not sporting any canned items - go for it. LOVE on a plate.( Can you believe how far we are behind??? )
