This picture may not look as amazing as the last time I took a picture of it, but I enjoyed it even more this time. The bread was toasted perfectly and the cheese was so melty. The meat is wonderful but I appreciate that it wasn't so overstuffed this time so that it could be a well balanced delicious bite each time. And it's still too huge and I had to take half home!

Braised short rib meat, melted cheddar, smoked Gouda & gravy on toasted sourdough bread. So good!
