This is the side waffle that came with my steak and eggs. First, let me say that I am not a big fan of waffles. The other waffles on my list seem much fancier, but they are mostly ordered by other people and I just tried them. Again, because I'm not a big fan of waffles. However, this very simple looking waffle is extraordinary. the insides are completely light and fluffy. Not dense at all. The outside of the waffle is perfectly crisp but delicately thin. It comes with melted butter. It's so good that you don't even need the syrup, but it is equally lovely with syrup on it.
