Some say eating this fern is harmful. I say eat it in moderation because it’s delicious; it has a nice crunch even after it’s cooked.
Furthermore, it is amazing when prepared in this Nyonya way, with a dressing of chilli shrimp paste (sambal belacan), lime juice, thick coconut milk, sugar and salt.
However, at this place, it could have been better with fresher ferns and a bolder dressing. Nevertheless, nice. #salad
