Hot & crispy squid ink and cuttlefish arancini with a #YorkshirePecorino cheese foam. I was close to asking for a refill of the foam & a soup spoon; this foam is a fluffy light cloud of fondue. This is from new #Brixton restaurant @roebrixton, headed up by @siwhiteside. All fish, great food and you don't really get better value than this.
