The best steamed glutinous rice in lotus leaf ever! Came with a whole baby abalone within. Rice was perfect - soft and infused with the beautiful fragrance of the lotus leaf. The fillings within was flavourful mix of minced pork and diced mushroom - complementing but not overpowering the rice. Lovely! #1michelin #michelin
