After our epic meal at Esszimmer (and a fab night's stay in Salzburg) we wandered over to the "EAT & MEET" Culinary Festival 'genuss markt' which showcased a fine selection of local handcrafted gourmet products. Located in groovy old caverns (hence the name Kavernen 1595) Mr. & Mrs. C nibbled and sipped their way through such goodies - and purchased - this special edition Stiegl beer which you could only purchase at the brewery or special markets such as these. One sip of this rich and chewy chocolately beer and SOLD.
